it is
“ALLAH HUMA INI LAKA SUMTOO WABA KA AMANTO WA ALIEKA TAWAKKAL TU, WA ALA RIZKEHKA AFTAR TU”

No brother, it is written right and perfect. In Indo-Pak, Arabic is mostly misunderstood or not completely understood. Anyway, ‘inni’ doesn’t affect anything in the meaning of this supplication/prayer/dua!

sir, the dua for the iftar is not in the correct format, the 2nd word is missing, that is “inni”
the actual dua is, allahumma INNI laka sumtu, wabika aamantu, wa elaika tawakkaltu, wa ala rizqi ka aftartu
